The HCAA’s Supportive Services programs are designed to alleviate/prevent homelessness, provide critical educational opportunities, and assist clients with achieving financial independence and self-sufficiency.

Clients Should Provide

  • Valid photo ID
  • Social security cards for every member of the household
  • Proof of Harford County residence
  • Proof of income (pay stubs for past 30 days, etc.)
  • Other documentation requirements vary according to program.
