We strive to help all Harford County residents experiencing financial hardships in meeting their housing, food, energy, heating, budget and/or family counseling needs. Our goal is to support and encourage individuals and families on their journey to self-sufficiency.

To accomplish this, we offer the following programs and services:  Maryland Energy Assistance Program; Harford County Fuel Fund; Homeless Prevention; Homeless Services; Community Food Pantry/Food Bank; Financial Services Program; and GED Plus.
