Harford County Freezing Weather Plan Remains in Effect through Monday, February 22nd

The Harford County Freezing Weather Plan will remain activated through Monday, February 22, 2021 at 12 pm.

NOTE: This implementation is not for households already residing in hotels.

Harford Community Action Agency staff will be available for screenings at 1321-B Woodbridge Station Way, Edgewood, MD, 21040 Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm to provide motel assistance for those in need.  Also, the office vestibule will be open for households in need. This service is ONLY for households who are experiencing an episode of homelessness the night before by living in a place not meant for habitation i.e. tent encampment or their personal or abandoned vehicle or dwelling place. We will not be open Saturday and Sunday for screenings, so we suggest coordination with HCAA SSP as soon as possible.
